The
Chemical Connection to Chronic Illness
Janine Ridings
[HOST_Carolann] I think we will get started now. Welcome everyone! And a special
welcome to Janine Ridings as our special guest who will talk about the chemical
connection to chronic illness.
[HOST_Carolann] Janine has a specially prepared handout which you can get at
www.restministries.org/CHAT/handout_ridings.pdf
[HOST_Carolann] Welcome Janine, and I will now turn our time over to you.
Guest_Janine> The reason I decided to talk today about the chemical connection
to chronic illness is because I think it's one factor in many chronic illnesses
that doctors and patients overlook. Have any of you noticed that some of your
symptoms are connected to chemical exposures?
Alice> Yes, I sure have
[HOST_Carolann] When I use cleaners my nose always runs
Guest_Janine> Seashell, what type of symptoms do you have?
Guest_Janine> One thing I have learned to do is switch to non-toxic products
when cleaning. What type of products do you currently clean with Carolann?
[HOST_Carolann] Mr. Clean, Windex, that sort of thing
[HOST_Carolann] what would be a good alternative?
Seashell> Well with CFS and a battle with Systemic Fungal problem I get sicker....
much harder to breath.
Alice> Hives, headache, itchy and burning eyes, problems breathing, etc.,
etc.
Mary_LouC> Cigarette smoke is my main complaint. Am looking for different
and, hopefully, smoke-free housing.
Guest_Janine> Our society has trained us we need chemicals for everything...some
good alternatives for cleaning are baking soda and vinegar.
Seashell> I can't be around any chemicals.. at all.. So hard to breath
Guest_Janine> Did you know that depression can actually be caused by a chemical
exposure? Some of my worst bouts of depression have occurred after exposures
to fresh paint, perfume, etc.
[HOST_Carolann] I should try that Janine, thanks
Brose> I'm having a problem with some perfumes lately
Seashell> yes and smoke and dust and saw dust... pollen.... etc
Mary_LouC> Men's cologne is bothersome, too.
Alice> I have been ordering natural things on line -- also get some at Health
Food Store. I have to use all fragrance free products.
[HOST_Carolann] perfume.... yuk! gives me a headache
Guest_Janine> It took me years to figure out that perfume cause migraines,
fatigue, depression, etc.
Brose> Migraine and dizziness Monday due to being around two women with strong
perfume
holly> As anyone had trouble with incense
Guest_Janine> Great Alice! It's good to seek out alternatives for all the
chemicals we use in and out of our homes such as pesticides, personal care products,
etc.
Mary_LouC> Incense bothers me, too, holly.
Alice> Laundry products, hair spray - the list is unending.
Brose> by the end of the day I had been fighting a low grade migraine and
major pain in the nerve in the back of my left leg
Seashell> My mom gets dizzy migraines and nauseous from perfume
Guest_Janine> Yes, incense can be very toxic!
Seashell> yes and incense and candles bother me too
Guest_Janine> Are any of you able to ask your loved ones not to wear fragrances
around you to protect your health?
Mary_LouC> I don't like candles, either, brose. And those scented air fresheners
are bothersome, too.
Guest_Janine> Yes, Brose, chemicals can definitely bother nerves in your
legs.
Seashell> My husband is very good about it. Praise the Lord
Alice> I have and most will do it -- I did have one lady in my HopeKeeepers
group to please not ask her to quit using her perfume.
Guest_Janine> It's great when spouses are willing to give up fragrances for
us!
Mary_LouC> My family isn't the problem. It's the rest of the world out there!
Seashell> yeah me too Mary_Lou
Guest_Janine> Yes, the world is a toxic place. I buy charcoal masks I carry
with me if I know I will be exposed to fragrances or other chemicals such as
new paint, new carpet, etc.
Seashell> where do you get the masks?
Guest_Janine> You can buy the masks from livingsource.com
[HOST_Carolann] I think a good hardware store might carry them?
Guest_Janine> Have any of you noticed symptoms related to food allergies?
I experience debilitating fatigue after I eat wheat, so must avoid wheat as
much as possible unless I want to be in bed ? the day
Seashell> okay thank you
Mary_LouC> Food allergies -- yes. Nuts, But I find foods with preservatives
make me feel sluggish and sleepy.
Guest_Janine> The only problem is that most masks in hardware stores contain
chemicals themselves that can make a person sick. The charcoal masks have a
simple cotton cover on them.
Seashell> Sugar for sure.. too much carbs
[HOST_Carolann] oh good point Janine, thanks
Brose> sometimes I noticed bumps in my mouth or pain after eating salty or
sweet stuff
Alice> Wheat, mild products and sugar - nuts, too
Mary_LouC> So I read labels to find out about preservatives in food.
Seashell> am too sick to know hardly know what is going on with me and symptoms
right now.... ick
Seashell> maybe hypoglycaemia as well.
[HOST_Carolann] I had a reaction once to Raisin Bran cereal - I think chemicals
on the raisins
Guest_Janine> We can start to feel a bit better once we figure out our triggers.
Keeping a diary of our symptoms can help, noting what we have been exposed to
prior to the symptoms both food and chemical exposure wise.
Seashell> my mom got that Brose..... she says it is Candida symptoms
Brose> that's what I've been wondering seashell
Brose> do you have links on this info Janine?
Guest_Janine> Finding a good alternative doctor who can test for food allergies
can help determine them. Some docs can also test for chemical allergies.
Brose> I need a thorough look over
Guest_Janine> Yes, there are links at my Web site at: aromaofchrist.com
Guest_Janine> What types of illness do some of you have?
Mary_LouC> I have heard that skin tests for allergies done by doctors can
actually trigger allergies. They certainly did mine. Is that something you have
come across, Janine?
Alice> My problems with doctors who can help is that it is all "pay
out of the pocket" Insurance won't cover any of it.
Brose> my Rheumy now has convinced my dr. that I need to see a Neurologist
because of headaches, etc... I think it's chemical related.
Seashell> I have heard of that too MaryLou
Brose> Oh yeah thanks Janine!
Guest_Janine> I hadn't heard that Mary Lou, but I would assume it is possible.
Guest_Janine> Yes, many drs. will just dish out drugs and surgeries to the
chronically ill without dealing with preventative things like addressing allergies.
Brose> so how do you get your dr. to send you to a allergist or test you?\
Seashell> Naturopaths do different types of testing that other docs don't....
but can be expensive
Mary_LouC> You asked about illness. I have chronic pain syndrome and fibromyalgia.
Guest_Janine> Yes, many alternative drs. aren't covered by insurance but
if you can afford it, it is one way to go. I always pray about God's direction
before choosing a practitioner.
Brose> what is chronic pain syndrome is that the same as cfs?
Seashell> Amen Janine
Guest_Janine> I'm not sure what chronic pain syndrome is unless you might
be referring to Fibromyalgia. Many patients with Fibro can have their symptoms
improve once they rid their lives of chemicals.
Alice> Illnesses - Fibromyalgia, CFS, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity - degenerative
arthritis, joint disease, etc. etc. Stomach problems is a biggie
Mary_LouC> Chronic pain syndrome -- result of a car accident. A pain message
is locked in my brain so that, even though the injury is healed, I still have
the pain.
Guest_Janine> When remodeling homes, it's important to choose products that
are low in toxicity.
Louise> Our carpeting is 25 years old, been through kids and 3 dogs. We are
worried there is probably mold and bacteria in it, but we are afraid to get
new carpet cuz of chemicals. Suggestions?
Guest_Janine> New carpet is bad. There are safe types of flooring. Non-toxic
hardwoods or tile are good.
Guest_Janine> Has anyone connected depression to chemical exposures?
[HOST_Carolann] never before Janine
Guest_Janine> I was shocked when I first found out chemicals could cause
depression, anxiety, outbursts of anger, etc.
[HOST_Carolann] seems hard to believe!
Guest_Janine> People often have a hard time believing it can cause emotional
reactions unless you've experienced it.
Seashell> I believe it.... toxins wreak havoc on the health.... am living
proof
Seashell> toxins from many sources
Guest_Janine> I thought my counsellor was crazy when she first told me anger
could be a reaction from being exposed to perfume or pesticides. Then it happened
to me and I had to swallow my pride.
[HOST_Carolann] the brain is made of chemicals too
Alice> I watched a video on Multiple Chemical Syndrome. It was scary how
some people have to live.
Brose> yep
Brose> I have noticed sometimes I get real agitated after sweets
Guest_Janine> Yes, Carolann, and the brain and nervous system are very sensitive
to environmental stuff.
Brose> I also have noticed I can't drink pop, most of the time it burns my
mouth
Brose> I told my brother, he thought I was looney
Guest_Janine> It's great to switch to fruit and veggies for snacks if you
find yourself reacting to sugar.
Seashell> I have experienced that sort of stuff alot Brose
[HOST_Carolann] sugar suppresses the immune system which is not good
Guest_Janine> Would you all like to switch topics now and talk about how
chronic illness can benefit our lives or do you have more comments on the food
and chemical connection to chronic illness?
[HOST_Carolann] yes please do Janine
Guest_Janine> How has God used your illness for good in your lives?
Alice> Do you know if they make a hair spray that is safe -- I have searched
and searched and asked at health food stores, etc. and no one can come up with
anything. Maybe making a solution that they suggested. but sugar and water???
ugh!
Mary_LouC> He has used it to draw me closer to him.
Guest_Janine> Does anybody pray more since having a chronic illness?
Guest_Janine> Excellent Mary Lou!
[HOST_Carolann] made me more aware of all the suffering around me
Mary_LouC> Yes, I pray more and I read the Bible more.
Ann> I have more time for prayer, and am more sensitive to other people's
problems.
Alice> Prayer is the only thing that gets me through most days
holly> I most definitely have and spend more time with God and am able to
listen to others better
[HOST_Carolann] pain makes us aware of our frailty and our need for God's grace
Guest_Janine> Yes there are safe hair sprays. Check out Janine's Favorite
products at my Web site: aromaofchrist.com for places to buy safe products.
It's under "Special Subjects" I believe
Seashell> I know it is part of His purifying fire for me.... 1 Peter 4: 12
I think it is.... Think it not strange at the fiery trial which is to try you
as if some strange thing were happening to you. That is what the Lord has told
me
Brose> yeah God keeps me going.
Mary_LouC> He used illness to help me focus on using the gifts he has given
me the way that he wants them used -- to bring him glory, not me.
Alice> Thanks, Janine about the hair spray
Guest_Janine> I think prayer can be one of our biggest ministries in the
midst of chronic illness.
Louise> I must say, from personal experience, that a danger of fearing everything
one eats or is exposed to in everyday life can lead to an anxiety and depression
in itself. We can drive ourselves into a very fearful state.
Seashell> Agreed Carolann
Guest_Janine> Have any of you changed your priorities since becoming ill?
If so, how?
Brose> rest more
Seashell> Yes.... I don't care so much about trivial things.....
Ann> Since I can no longer work, I have been able to be involved in bible
study and pray for other's specific needs.
[HOST_Carolann] giving time to do what is healthy for my condition - more focus
on the physical
Guest_Janine> Seashell, it's great you see God's plan of purification in
the midst of your pain.
Brose> try to ask God now before getting involve with things
Mary_LouC> God first, everything else after him.
Brose> working on eating better
holly> I've learned to listen closer to what your body is telling you
[HOST_Carolann] yes Holly, me too
Brose> same here holly
Alice> Concentrate on others and their illnesses instead of my own
Guest_Janine> So it sounds like many of you have gotten closer to God--and
of course, that is what we were created for--a relationship with Him.
Brose> I don't take life for granted as much...enjoy and respect life more..the
little things...
Brose> yep
holly> amen
[HOST_Carolann] amen Janine, He uses difficulties to draw us closer
Mary_LouC> I realize a lot of things I wanted out of life really aren't important.
Alice> Yes - your body sure dictates to you when you have chronic illnesses
Brose> I notice what others would throw aside...like the ill or hurting...
at times...they have purpose too
Guest_Janine> Yes Mary Lou, chronic illness can help us zero in on what really
counts in life.
[HOST_Carolann] amen Brose
Brose> even we are important
Guest_Janine> Yes Brose, sounds like you have developed a real heart of compassion
through your trials. Good job!
Brose> God see us as the least and when people treat us bad they are treating
Him bad.
Alice> Isn't it funny to find out just how much we can really "live
without?"
Seashell> I can't really go out so I am trying to rest in the Lord.... it
is very hard to just lie on the couch all the time. It is all part of what the
Lord is doing in my life...... Solitary Confinement..... like Joseph in old
testament.... The Lord was with Joseph.... and what was meant for evil God meant
it for good.... Amen
Brose> Very scary!
Brose> yep Alice
Guest_Janine> Yes Brose, good point! God loves us deeply even if we have
to lay in bed the rest of our lives!
Shadow> sometimes being ill makes us look for God...he has to be there in
this somewhere
Brose> thanks Janine I hope so
[HOST_Carolann] seashell I have been there too - it's tough
Guest_Janine> I love that Seashell, that God can use our times of "imprisonment"
for His glory, even though it is a tough road.
Brose> grace
Seashell> Amen Janine amen
Guest_Janine> Yes, Alice, chronic illness helps simplify our lives, doesn't
it? And learn to be content with little.
Brose> He has showed me if I couldn't talk, walk, move, or see...and all
I could do is pray that would be enough
Seashell> I agree Janine for sure
holly> I'm having a hard time being content
Guest_Janine> Yes Brose, isn't it great that God loves us just as we are!
His beautiful creation.
Ann> Other people are looking at us. We can be witnesses of God's mercy,
grace, and strength.
Alice> Amen - to both Janine and Brose
Brose> I struggle at times myself
Brose> yep!
Seashell> hard to pray much to be honest.... just little prayers is all...
I can't concentrate enough
Guest_Janine> Holly, it is tough to be content and it is sure a process for
all of us to learn to be content over and over in life as the trials hit. Not
easy that's for sure.
Brose> I went through a long bout of anger I'm just now learning to walk
with joy..
Seashell> for me it is a constant surrenderance
Seashell> and acceptance
Brose> yet still have bouts of anger
Guest_Janine> Small prayers are great! And if you are too tired to pray,
listening to praise music is a great way to spend time in His presence.
Brose> work in progress
Brose> God gives me a verse now and then when I'm real tired that's my prayer
for me or others
Guest_Janine> Brose, Bouts of anger are sure normal! Reading the Psalms and
Job and books like that can be comforting when we are struggling with our emotions.
Seashell> and as in Isaiah 30.... quietness and confidence is my strength....
boy is it tough some days!
Brose> simple doesn't have to be big that is what he's teaching me
Ann> Praising God brings His peace.
Brose> yep seashell
Seashell> Don't know what I would do without the Word
Brose> same here
Alice> HE inhabits our praises
holly> it 'feels' good knowing you are not alone
Seashell> I agree holly. good to chat with you all in here
Guest_Janine> Acceptance is a big key to finding joy in the midst of illness--Great
point Seashell! Accepting God's sovereign plan even when it involves pain and
even when it is not what we want for our lives is critical to making it successfully
through chronic illness.
Seashell> amen
Guest_Janine> The Word is great too, isn't it Seashell? And if you are too
tired to read, finding the Bible on tape or listening to Biblically based radio
or TV. preachers can be a healing balm in our lives.
Alice> That's what Lisa Copen's stuffy books for HopeKeepers teaches us,
Janine.....then we can teach others.
Seashell> agreed Janine
Alice> Accepting God's sovereign plan for our lives, I mean
Brose> look at the verse I peter 1:13 is a great verse to pray for others
or ourselves
Guest_Janine> Good point Ann! Some people turn to drugs to find peace. (of
course it's not there). I think praise music is a good "addiction"
to have.
Alice> Amen
Shadow> I have that addiction!
(some text has been missed, sorry)
[HOST_Carolann] Alice vinegar will cut soap scum like in your hair after shampooing
or in rinse cycle in wash machine, it doesn't add softness
Brose> cool
Brose> good for dishes too
Brose> dish washer
Guest_Janine> Alice, there are non-toxic fabric softeners available. One
is a company called Seventh Generation. If you do a google search, you might
find who sells it. For me, I just don't worry about soft clothes any more but
that is just a choice I've made. You might find a good safer product that works
well for you
Alice> Any suggestions for a softener, then Carolann or anyone?
[HOST_Carolann] never heard of any Alice, but Janine's suggestion is good
Guest_Janine> Vinegar can also be used in a squirt bottle straight instead
of using products like Spraynwash on clothes as a spot remover
Seashell> I just don't bother using anything to soften fabric
Alice> I tried one called Safe N Soft that I ordered on line -- my clothes
came out smelling like french fries. ha-ha But I am not kidding
[HOST_Carolann] Alice that's hilarious
Seashell> or for static cling... oh well my cloths are staticy haha
Mary_LouC> I bet the neighbourhood dogs loved you, Alice!
Guest_Janine> Vinegar and baking soda can also be used to clean kitchen floors,
countertops, etc. You can use vinegar by itself for those types of jobs, or
baking soda on it's own as well. You just play around with it and see what works
best.
Brose> cool cheap and safe
[HOST_Carolann] great ideas Janine, I am going to start doing that
Brose> LOL
[HOST_Carolann] what about toilet bowl cleaning?
Alice> It was gross really.
Guest_Janine> Does anyone use Bounce or dryer sheets? Those are very toxic
generally speaking.
Brose> alice I can imagine
Guest_Janine> I use the baking soda and vinegar on toilets too! And vinegar
is a disinfectant and will kill 95 percent of household germs. :)
Brose> cool
[HOST_Carolann] wow that's great
[HOST_Carolann] I guess I will put a huge size vinegar on my shopping list
Alice> I use both and they do work for many many things
Guest_Janine> I cleared out my home of all chemical products. You can get
fragrance free non-toxic dishwasher powders and liquid soaps too that are better
for you than the fragranced types.
Brose> same here Carolann
Brose> cool
Guest_Janine> Using baking soda and vinegar is a lot cheaper than using caustic
cleaners. I buy the big jugs of vinegar at Costco.
[HOST_Carolann] I bet it amounted to quite a collection Janine
Seashell> me too Carolann
Mary_LouC> What do you use instead of bounce or dryer sheets?
Alice> It becomes necessary for most of us with MCS, doesn't it, Janine?
Mary_LouC> I don't like having static in all my clothes.
Brose> that's what I believe I'm dealing with...MCS
Alice> I get mine at Sams Warehouse
Guest_Janine> I don't use any dryer sheets...I just put up with a little
static cling. You could check out some of the links at my Web site as they might
carry fragrance free dryer sheets.
Brose> it's obvious by the way I react to chemicals
Guest_Janine> Does anyone use Roundup or regular fertilizer on their lawns?
Louise> All my neighbors have those lawn services that come around and spray
their lawns and bushes. I cant believe how they all do it!!! Then in between,
they spray their lawns themselves.
Brose> I don't use any either
[HOST_Carolann] I used to Janine til I heard Roundup is BAD BAD BAD
Mary_LouC> I already use unscented dryer sheets, but I find that many things
that say they're unscented (including hand soaps and lotions) do indeed have
a scent.
Brose> true
[HOST_Carolann] they are saying Roundup can cause seizures in young children
Guest_Janine> Alice, yes, those of us with MCS must avoid chemicals or our
illness will either get worse or we just flare up with symptoms a lot.
Alice> Yes, Carolann -- I've been told the same thing
Alice> Unscented doesn't mean there is no fragrance
[HOST_Carolann] it's a great product that works, but terrible for pollution
Brose> ick
[HOST_Carolann] I avoid all garden sprays
Guest_Janine> Yes, pesticides cause more illnesses than you care to know
about--cancer, Parkinsons, MCS, etc. Straight vinegar also works as an alternative
to Roundup believe it or not! You just fill a spray container like if you were
spraying Roundup and use vinegar. Much cheaper than Roundup too!
[HOST_Carolann] hmmmm will have to try that
Louise> We used to spray our dandelions, then two of our dogs died of cancer
in the facial area.
holly> what is mcs
[HOST_Carolann] Louise how awful, just goes to show chemicals effect
Guest_Janine> We all should use organic fertilizers to protect our health
too. And Cedar Grove Compost is a good alternative to traditional beauty bark
which contains toxic chemicals.
Brose> multiple chemical sensitivities
Alice> MCS is Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
Alice> Great ideas, Janine -- thanks
[HOST_Carolann] yes they spray that bark stuff to prevent bugs from decomposing
it
Guest_Janine> MCS is Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. It's where you start
having symptoms from chemical exposures. People with Parkinson's, chronic fatigure, cancer,
and other illnesses may be affected by chemicals and just not know it.
Brose> I was in remission for the most part with the CFS for 7 years then
boom...now FM/MCS as well on the list
[HOST_Carolann] your immune system must be very low Brose
Guest_Janine> Moving into a new building often brings on MCS or a large chemical
exposure. Or just years of being exposed to all the chemicals in the 20th Century.
Brose> Been really bad for 2 years now...
Brose> how's that Carolann?
Seashell> mine is too ,... can't seem to fight off viruses also
Guest_Janine> Brose, do you use many chemicals in your life?
Brose> yes
[HOST_Carolann] we are building a new house and are trying to avoid things that
out gas and give off chemicals
Brose> I use a lot
Guest_Janine> Good Carolann!
Louise> If only neighbors thought moss and dandelions were "pretty".
I hate the spraying, but our lawn looks awful next to their chemical lawns.
Brose> didn't believe they were affecting...I've been starting to see that
they are...
Alice> That's what the allergist told me we should do, Carolann
Louise> We do not spray though.
Alice> From the ground up -- and use only the things he told me to use in
building the house. But, we can't afford that
Brose> now my body way out of whack
Guest_Janine> Brose, that could be making your health worse. Chemicals are
a common culprit in all those illnesses you mentioned. I would suggest slowly
finding safer alternatives for all the chemicals you currently use.
[HOST_Carolann] our immune system gets depressed with chemicals so we get worse
illness or other sicknesses more easily
Brose> little things set it off
Brose> I 'm looking into it that's for sure.
Louise> Carolann - what are you using for flooring in your house?
[HOST_Carolann] we haven't decided on that yet, maybe hardwood
[HOST_Carolann] some tile
Guest_Janine> Brose, I'm so sorry! Sounds like you really could benefit from
chemical reduction and possibly exploring any possible food allergies. sharecareandprayer.org
has a lot of info on chemical and food allergies and how to detect them.
[HOST_Carolann] healthy alternatives are so darn expensive!
Seashell> yep
Brose> Yes...thank you. I agree. Every little thing sets me off now.
Guest_Janine> Yes, for building materials, safe stuff is often pricey--frustrating,
huh
Louise> EXTREMELY expensive!
[HOST_Carolann] that's what is holding us back
Guest_Janine> I understand that Carolann. It is tough.
Brose> yep that's what holds me back
[HOST_Carolann] carpets all have sprays to prevent stains
[HOST_Carolann] vinyl flooring is pure chemicals and glues
Guest_Janine> They do have low toxic paints that are affordable
Brose> if there were cheap alternatives...great
Louise> Wood floors have their own chemicals.
[HOST_Carolann] yes Janine, thanks for pointing that out - I must check into
that
Brose> I think I got a lot of chemical slack from apts I lived in.
Guest_Janine> We had to sell one home after installing new carpet since it
made me sooo sick!
[HOST_Carolann] Louise, it's the lesser of the 2 evils thing
Alice> I believe that
Seashell> Yes Lord direct us
Guest_Janine> Yes, apts. often spray pesticides, remodel often, etc.
Brose> some were old, and some were repainted right before moving them, one
had mold in it
Brose> The bathroom had mushrooms
[HOST_Carolann] mold is very toxic
Guest_Janine> Yes, mold can make people very ill too!
Brose> yuck
[HOST_Carolann] is bleach bad for you Janine?
Louise> We used a "safe" paint and the odor of it made me ill.
We switched to a low VOC name brand. Less odor.
Alice> It is for me, Carolann
Seashell> I know the Master of the wind.... I know the Maker of the rain.....
He can calm the storm... make the sun shine again..... I know the Master of
the wind."
Brose> I can't stand Bleach
Guest_Janine> Yes, bleach I toxic and should be avoided. There are safe bleach
alternatives at the sites listed at my Web site.
[HOST_Carolann] Alice, I thought so - the smell just sickens me
[HOST_Carolann] they sell one at the health store I must get
Brose> same here Carolann
[HOST_Carolann] Janine we are almost out of time, any closing comments???
Seashell> I was exposed to excessive mold and my poor immune system could
not take it and that was the start of being very ill
Guest_Janine> Louise, we are all different as to what we can tolerate so
it's always good to paint a small sample and smell it and see if it sets you
off before painting a whole room.
Alice> Burns your nose, eyes and gives a headache - at least it does me
Brose> I think that is what happened to me.
Guest_Janine> Well, just thanks for being here everyone and we can look forward
to our Heavenly Home with no toxins or illnesses! Hallelujah!
Brose> A Dr. told my mom when I was little that I had a compromised immune
system,
[HOST_Carolann] It has been a great hour Janine, thanks for all your insights
and helps
Mary_LouC> Thanks very much, Janine, for all your sage advice! God bless
you!
Brose> never has been strong, I've been sick on and off all my life.
Seashell> amen Janine
Shadow> Thanks for all your information Janine
[HOST_Carolann] amen to that Janine, thanks for being here today and sharing
Brose> amen Janine
Seashell> Thank you Janine and God bless you!
Ann> Thank you, Janine
Brose> thank you Janine!
holly> bye and thank you
Alice> Thanks Janine and Carolann. This is one chat I've been waiting for
-- and I have lots of good suggestions. I will definitely visit your web site
Janine. Thanks and good bye everyone
Shadow> thank you Janine and Carolann
[HOST_Carolann] you're welcome
Seashell> thank you as well carolann :)
Brose> bye everyone
Shadow> have a blessed day everyone!!!!!!
Guest_Janine> AMEN Carolann! Thanks for having me Carolann! It was a joy
being here.Bye for now.
