Nurses

It's not easy being a nurse and trying to counsel the sick who need both hope and healthcare. We understand that there are a lot of patients and not a lot of time. We hope that you will browse our website and find resources and ministries that can help heal one spiritually.

Please feel free to share any information with the people that you visit who live with chronic illness or physical pain who would like encouraged. There are very few resources available that address the "daily-ness" of living with physical pain. We hope that we can assist you in meeting some of the emotional and spiritual outreach that you desire to do.

We also have brochures available and we're the sponsor of National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week.

Let us know if you'd be interested in volunteering to be a chat guest or an "on call" nurse to occasionally give us a quote for a magazine article, etc.

Are You Talking to Your Patients About Their Faith?

A recent poll revealed that 63% believe it ís good for doctors to talk to patients about spiritual faith--and nurses spend even MORE time with the patient. Yet only 10% say a doctor has talked to them about their spiritual faith as a factor in physical health. USA Weekend Feb. 16-20, 1996 A great way to reach them is through Scipture Scrubs!
