am so honored to have Rest Ministries be a part
of Joni and Friends. As a young girl I read
Joni's book, saw the movie and always had profound
respect for her. At the age of 26 when I started
praying about beginning a ministry for the chronically
ill, I went to hear her to speak and asked her
afterwards if she knew of an organization like
that, one I hadn't found yet.

said no, and encourage me to "go for it!"
