  • Open up a Word document here. in many email programs like Outlook you can click "file>send to>mail receipient. Choose "mail receipient-- not (at attachment). This will include the formatting in the actual email.
  • Open up a pdf document. This is a good file to print. If you send it via an attachment people WON'T open it, so use is sparingly.
