NAME USE

Our HopeKeepers logo is above. Please read this entire page before downloading the logo, as it's use and the use of the HopeKeeper name is very specific. You can download various versions to your computer by clicking here.

It is a zipped file that includes the above logo as .tif, .jpg, .gif and more. The .gif would be appropriate for web usae, the .tip or .ai files for quality printing. If you need a graphic for your HopeKeepers group web site, you can also right click on the above logo and save onto your computer.

The logos must not be altered in any way except for the size. The ® mark must not be removed. You can use it in black or the blue color specified in the download.

ABOUT THE USE OF THE HOPEKEEPERS® NAME

The name HopeKeepers® has the ® after it because it is a registered trademark of the United States Government. What this means is that as a registered HopeKeepers group you have the opportunity to use the name in relationship to your group within your church or community.

HopeKeepers grants to you a non-exclusive license to use as part of your web site or materials the name "HopeKeepers." It is a registered trademark. The name is made available for use by HopeKeepers groups and in reference to these groups only.

Acceptance of this Agreement is subject to the following terms:

• The HopeKeepers name may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written approval by the Rest Ministries Board of Directors.
• The HopeKeepers names is to be used exclusively with the chronic illness ministry that is in cooperation with Rest Ministries, Inc. It's not to be used for personal web pages, except in reference to the chronic illness ministry program of Rest Ministries in which it is defined.
• To use the HopeKeepers name, you must accept and agree to all the terms of this Agreement and must read and follow the Guidelines for Use of HopeKeepers Name.

Guidelines for Use of HopeKeepers Name

You may not use the name HopeKeepers in any manner that may possibly disparage, bring into disrepute, or derogate HopeKeepers or Rest Ministries, its members, or programs or any connection with any products or services that, in Rest Ministries' sole and absolute discretion, may possibly diminish or damage the goodwill of the HopeKeepers name or including without limitation uses that could be deemed to be obscene, pornographic, sexual, or violent, or to encourage unlawful activities.

• You agree to indemnify Rest Ministries/HopeKeepers and any of its affiliates for any loss or damage (including legal fees) caused to them arising out of your use of any of the HopeKeepers name.
• Rest Ministries reserves the right to review your use of the HopeKeepers name and you agree to provide Rest Ministries with unrestricted access to your web site to review your use of the HopeKeepers name. Rest Ministries may at any time, and in its sole discretion, require you to discontinue your use of the HopeKeepers name.
• Rest Ministries reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to revoke and terminate this Agreement, in which case you will immediately thereafter cease any and all usage of the HopeKeepers names and shall not use any name or trademark similar in color to the foregoing.
• When using the HopeKeepers name the ® should always be to the top right of the name. This symbol can be found in your word processing program--usually by choosing "insert"/"symbol."
• Any use of the name HopeKeepers® must be in reference to your personal HopeKeepers group or Rest Ministries in general. Rest Ministries does not give authority or permission to use it in any other way such as writing a HopeKeepers book, beginning a HopeKeepers web site that references something other than your group, or any other way.
