"Virtual Volunteer Opportunities"

We operate out of a home office based in San Diego, CA. All of our current opportunties are from your own home.

Encourage others. Become an encourager writing notes and adding your stickers, tea bags, etc. When someone calls or emails us that needs an extra dose of love, we pass them onto our encouragers. Hours flexible/5-10 hours per month. More information here. Please state this is the desired position in the application.

Host a chat. Our chats hosts must be comfortable preparing topics, leading others in prayer, dependable on a weekly basis and able to type enough to keep up with the conversation. 2 hours weekly

Monitor Message Boards. Simply go through our message boards and read the posts. Respond to anyone who sounds like they need encouragement and/or pass their message on to Rest Ministries staff. 1-2 hours weekly. You should already have been a part of the group for some time and be recommended by a current moderator.

Become a Writer. We are always looking for writers for devotionals and HopeKeepers Magazine. Review our writers guidelines. Hours flexible.

Data entry/research on the net. We occasionally have projects where we need some assistance. Do you have some fingers that need to keep busy?

Lead a HopeKeepers® group. HopeKeeper leaders have said every church needs one! Read more.

Marketing Assistance Opportunities. If you'd be willing to help us exhibit, speak to the media, or other ways to help us get the word out, let us know.
